Do you/company have the jurisdiction to submit quotations (Request For Quote) for the 'Nation Building Project'. If you do, kindly send your response including products and services and note that the award would favor a foreigner/company with good business history.

QUESTIONS:

1. Are you the sole owner of the company you work in? (WE WOULD ONLY DEAL DIRECTLY WITH OWNER OR TOPMOST OFFICIAL OF YOUR COMPANY BECAUSE OF THE HIGH AND TOP PRIORITY NATURE OF THE PROJECT)
2. Do you have the sole right to take a sole decision regarding any matter that may come up regarding the contracts successful implementation?
3. Has your company handled and or executed any contract for either the Sudan and or the South Sudan Governments in recent past?
4. Do you have any local or ground office in either Sudan and or South Sudan?
5. Is your company registered with any re-construction agencies in either Sudan and or South Sudan?
