You won the National Lottery to the tune of $6,306,515 (Six Million, three hundred and six thousand, five hundred and fifteen United States Dollars), you were notified of your Lottery win by David Edwards and you were asked to contact your fiduciary Agent, Stephen Webster. He applied for your Lottery claim on your behalf. Your claim was verified by Agent Breele Douglas and you were asked to come to London and sign your Fund Release Order Documents. Your signature on these documents would legally instruct us to pay you however you deem fit.
These documents cannot be scanned or faxed as we need you to sign the Hard Copies as they have security features on them. Agent Douglas pleaded that the documents be sent to you since you cannot make it to London. The Director insisted that you pay for the courier of the documents. I was placed in charge of sending the documents to you. I sent you the email below previously but you have not made payment. This is my final reminder to you.

Good Day,

Agent Breele asked me to email you with details on how to receive the $200 and subsequently send the documents to you.
Your documents are to be sent by London Postal Service (LPS) only as instructed by the Director. LPS does not offer C.O.D (Cash on Delivery).

Payment must be made by you before documents are sent. Your signature on these documents will enable us release payment to you in whatever manner you choose. This option is also to be chosen in the documents to be filled and signed by you. Once you sign these documents and send back to us, we shall make payment to you in whatever manner you chose in the form.

Please get back to me with payment information to enable me dispatch your documents which shall be received two days after dispatch.

Payments can also be made via  MONEYGRAM or WESTERN UNION ONLY so as to speed up the process of delivery. The payment should be made in our accountants name with the information stated below:

Name:        Christian Uzoma
Address:   17 Grosvenor Square London, W1K 6AH, United Kingdom.
Amount:    130pounds (USD$200)

Scan and send the western union transfer slip/receipt via email to me. If you do not have a scanner, email me the following information:

1. Name and Address of Sender
2. 8-digit reference number for moneygram or 10 digits for western union
3. Test Question and Answer, if any.

A dispatch notice indicating the date and time of departure and expected date and time of delivery will be sent to you once payment is received.

All packages not sent out within Three (3) working days from this communication will be returned to Agent Breele Douglas as unclaimed.

Please note that the $200 cannot be deducted from the winning sum. Refer to Agent Breele emails to you for further explanation or check your spam folder if not found in your inbox.

After receipt of the $200 from you, I will send you the documents and once you receive them, you will go through them immediately, sign and return them to the delivery man at no extra cost. The $200 covers it all. He would return it to us and we will pay you.

My ID and a copy of my British Gas bill is attached for proof of my identity and house address

Respectfully Yours,

Susan Lampard
The National Lottery
