Your previous Email message on the above captioned subject matter refers.
Please be informed that upon your instructions, we nominated and dispatched two (2) of our lawyers to the
Rennies Bidvest Bank of South Africa in accordance with standard practice procedure to ascertain and verify
the genuineness of your claim . Our findings revealed that your claims are legitimate and in order. In fact,
the Office of the Head, International Banking Unit of the bank has issued an irrevocable approval for the
bank Telegraphic Transfer of the sum of US$14,700,000.00 (Fourteen Million, Seven Hundred Thousand
United States Dollars Only) to your nominated bank account upon the perfection and endorsement of vital
classified fund release documents.
Following our verification and confirmation of the within named contract co-ordinates upon which you have
sought our services, be informed that our law firm is willing to represent your company/you in signing the
fund release documents in your favour upon the receipt of the following Mandatory Fees:
1. Evidence of payment of mandatory mobilization fees of US$2,896.80 (Two thousand Eight
Hundred and Ninty-Six US Dollars, Eighty Cents.) only.
2. Evidence of a three year tax payment Receipt from the South Africa Revenue Services, which
We shall submit to the Rennies Bidvest Bank of south Africa as proof of your tax payment
The amount US$2000 (Two Thousand US Dollars) represents the retainership of our firm while the balance
of US$500. (Five hundred US Dollars) is statutorily required for the Registration and Notarization of your
Power of Attorney at the Federal High Court and the Legal and Verification Department of the Reserve Bank
of South Africa. And $396.80cent for payment of Stamp and Deed Duty per capital as stipulated in Section
(ii) of the Foreign Contract Endorsement Act as amended in 1998 before the Rennies Bank and Reserve
Bank can grant us approval to perfect your brief.
Please note that these charges are mandatory and must be paid before we can proceed to endorse your
fund release documents as the Department of Finance and the Reserve Bank, which activate the irrevocable
swift and unconditional release of your contract sum to your bank account within seventy-two (72) hours of
our endorsement aforementioned documents.

MECEDONIA acting through Herself, BILLJANA JANKULOVSKA authorized to do so, hereby grants to
James Rawlings & Associates P.A., a legal firm in South Africa with offices at Carlton Centre,
Johannesburg, South Africa, as well as to Mr. JAMES RAWLINGS who is a member of the legal firm James
Rawlings & Associates P.A., the mandate to represent BILLJANA JANKULOVSKA ,in South Africa at the
INTERNATIONAL BANKING UNIT SIGNING CENTRE of RENNIES BANK OF SOUTH AFRICA as well as
to do all useful acts and take all necessary steps, for and on behalf of BILLJANA JANKULOVSKA,the
purposes herein below set forth. Therefore BILLJANA JANKULOVSKA, hereby grants this Irrevocable
POWER OF ATTORNEY to and appoints JAMES RAWLINGS & ASSOCIATES P.A. and Mr. JAMES
RAWLINGS, as it’s duly authorized representative and agent with full powers to BILLJANA
JANKULOVSKA , for the following purposes:
a. To proceed to the Rennies Bank of South Africa, Ministry of Finance, and the South African
Reserve Bank to sign all security fund release documents and all other instruments necessary to
be endorsed to activate the telegraphic transfer of our contract sum US$14,700,000.00 (Fourteen
Million, Seven Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) vide contract number
RNBCL/1/7289/94/07/YC/211.
b. To do all those acts necessary to be done lawfully in my name and on my behalf as would have
been done by me for the purpose of the prompt release of the above entitlement.
c. The said Attorney will act for the purpose of this documents as I might or could do if personally
present, hereby ratifying and confirming that the said Attorney shall lawfully sign and do or caused
to be done by authority hereof.
This power of Attorney is specific to the purposes especially mentioned herein and is valid only for the
matters provided for herein within the territories of South Africa. This power of Attorney shall terminate
automatically as and when the wire transfer of all funds mentioned hereinabove and released from The
RENNIES BANK as the case may be, will have been made and said funds will have been received by
BILLJANA JANKULOVSKA, in his Bank Account.
BILLJANA JANKULOVSKA, hereby declares that BILLJANA JANKULOVSKA, will acknowledge any
document and receipt signed by James Rawlings & Associates P.A. and I, James Rawlings as its duly
authorized representative and agent appointed herein, during the time this Power of Attorney is valid and in
force.BILLJANA JANKULOVSKAacknowledges that this power of Attorney is binding upon its successors,
assigns, administrators and legal representatives.
The transmission of this Power of Attorney made by EMAIL Attachments is authorized by BILLJANA
JANKULOVSKA and such transmission shall not render this Power of Attorney invalid.
